	April 1, 2021 at 5:25 PM	Approved	Pediatrics Club Virtual Specialists Panel	Pediatrics Club	04/01/2021	04/27/2021	Pediatrics Club will be hosting a virtual Specialists panel with three different physicians attending; Dr. Kim Carpenter Brathwaite, a neonatologist working at a level 3 NICU from South Bend, IN, Dr. Sala, a pediatric ophthalmologist who works here in Erie, PA, and Dr. Yvonne Giunta, a pediatric EM doctor who works at Norwthwell SIUH in New York.
	April 2, 2021 at 9:46 PM	Approved	Virtual Guided Meditation Event with Dr. Hendryx	SOMA	04/02/2021	04/26/2021	SOMA hopes to host a virtual guided meditation facilitated by Dr. Hendryx. This event will occur over Zoom in order to keep it as safe as possible. The event will be open to SOMA members, however, we are currently working with SAAO to potentially collaborate for this event, and in this case the event will also be open to SAAO members. We will all join the Zoom link and after a brief introduction by SOMA’s OPP director, Dr. Hendryx will lead us in a guided meditation. SOMA will send out a poll to members to see what date will work best for the most students using the dates Dr. Hendryx already approved. A date the week of April 26th - taking place completely virtually on the Zoom platform. SOMA wants to create a COVID-safe opportunity for students to experience this facet of OPP, and see how we can better implement this practice into our day-to-day lives. This is a great opportunity to learn a skill we were taught in OPP that we may not have tried out before and can hopefully inspire to students to further look into the other facets of integrative medicine we learned about during OPP lectures.

	April 12, 2021 at 4:30 PM	Approved	SAACOFP Pin Sale	Family Medicine Club	04/12/2021	04/16/2021	SAACOFP will be hosting our annual pin sale fundraiser. Pins for each of the following systems will be offered: Anatomy (full body), MSK (gold femur), Neurology, Cardiology, GI, Respiratory, Renal, Endocrinology (gold pancreas), and Dermatology. Pins are $5 for the 1st one and $4 for any additional. Online orders via Google Form will be accepted starting Friday, April 16, 2021 until Friday, May 21, 2021. For pickup, we will have multiple contactless pickup dates/times available.

All materials will be paid out of pocket by the 2 students. The 3 sessions in July will be held at Kearsarge Fire Dept (where both students are active members). The dates of instruction are: 7/20 6-10pm, 7/27 6-10pm, 7/31 8am-4pm

We would have this party July 31st. It would be locally sourced to support the businesses (food, rentals, etc) that were affected by the pandemic and also open up students (online and incoming) to Erie. We would like this party to be on the Softball field. The students would have the chance to make friends and build a support system before the year picks up, take home LECOM swag like pens/sunglasses/retractable ID holders, and play games.
	July 20, 2021 at 10:48 AM	Approved	Club Involvement Fair	LECOM SGA - Medicine - Erie	07/20/2021	08/10/2021	We would like to throw a club involvement fair to introduce the students to the different clubs offered at LECOM, boost student engagement, allow students to discover new interests, and expand upon their current interests. This would also give the students a chance to meet the SGA board, learn about the SGA podcast, and hear about any upcoming events. We will be catering from an external vendor. This event will be held outdoors which allows vaccinated students to be mask free but requires unvaccinated individuals to wear a mask. The club booths will be socially distanced and spaced appropriately. The catered food will include single serve items and waste will be disposed in non-touch trash cans. Students will have access to sanitizer and items such as pens/sign up sheets will be regulated by club board members. We will direct crowds, if any, in a single flow. We intend to use the logo on a poster board as a cut out/pasted image.

Between 1-3 MS1 students are matched with an MS2 mentor to help them throughout the school year. SOMA sends monthly check-ins with bigs and littles to assess how the program is going and to make improvements throughout the year. Contact between Bigs and Littles will be encouraged through Zoom, Skype, Facetime, phone calls, and E-mail. Any contact between Big/Littles will adhere to both CDC and LECOM Campus guidelines.

These reviews will be virtual and held through either zoom or google meet. MMS students will be alerted through email (via Maricely) and their facebook group. This event will be completely virtual, and will follow all social distancing because of the virtual nature of the event, with no in-person assembly required.

The small equipment package will include a Dejerine Reflex Hammer, 128 Tuning Fork, 512 Tuning Fork, Penlight, Pocket Eye Chart, Hospital Gown, Draping Sheet, and optional Professional Embroidered Doctor Bag. The sale will be through Steeles Supply Company. The sale will be completed via an online link (https://www.steeles.com/products/lecom-soma-student-discount-order-form) where students can choose what they would like to buy, pay for the purchase online with credit or debit card. The order will be a bulk order, shipped to the school, and then dispersed to the students. The link, along with a description of the products, will be sent to students via email to let them know of the sale.

Each call answered from the Be My Eyes app counts as 1 hour of community service.

Tables will be offered in multiple colors (black, blue, burgundy, pink, cream and lavender). We are in discussion will a manufacture for the possibility of a group discount. Ordering of the table will be down over google forms. SAAO hopes to have the opportunity to use the White Coat Ceremony to promote the sale by setting up a station where parents and their students can come by to see a table and see the benefit it could have to a young osteopathic student beginning their OPP training.

Volunteers will be removing invasive shrubs from the area to keep the trails and grounds accessible for the community. Work gloves will be provided. Safety precautions for COVID, including masks and social distancing, will be enforced.
