SAAO will be holding an acupuncture workshop in the OPP lab on Monday, April 7th from 5 to 6:30 pm. Dr. Stephany Esper and Dr. Hendryx will be teaching students how to do simple acupuncture to reduce stress followed by a short meditation/stretching guided by Dr. Hendryx. The event would be open to all LECOM students and supplies would be provided by Dr. Hendryx and Dr. Stephanie. A sign up sheet will be released and the first 20 people to sign up will be able to participate in the acupuncture. Students beyond the first 20 will be able to attend and do the relaxation techniques, and if Dr. Stephany Esper and Dr. Hendryx have more time available, they will help those next on the list do the acupuncture.
