Join us in making a meaningful impact on National DO Day as we partner with Food for Kidz, an organization dedicated to combating global hunger. Our collaborative effort involves packing vital food supplies for children in need worldwide.
This event embodies LECOM’s mission and osteopathic care principles by providing students with an opportunity to combat global hunger and serve the less fortunate. Open to all LECOM students, it encourages collaboration and camaraderie beyond academic or group affiliations.
All LECOM students are welcome to participate, with sign-ups managed through a Google sheet. Slots, limited to around 200 packing shifts, will be categorized by packing tables to streamline the process and minimize confusion. Volunteers will receive a concise PowerPoint to familiarize them with the packing process. Watch out for an email as we get closer to the date!
