We will be collecting gently used and new winter coats, scarves, blankets and gloves for children and adults to be donated to local shelters. Elmira’s cold winters could be brutal for those who do not have a heated home to return to at the end of the day. Our goal is to promote health and safety of community members in and around Elmira.
