SOMA will be putting together a card making event. St. Mary’s of Erie has requested that SOMA try to collect cards to give to their residents for Easter/Spring. This will be a contactless event, and we will be having collection boxes at all three campus locations, either outside or inside the first set of doors, so Hybrid students are able to donate at their respective campuses. We will advertise this event to the entire Class of 2024, and LECOM Erie Community, so they are able to participate. Our option for online students to participate will be for them to mail their cards either directly to St. Mary’s or have the option of mailing cards to Main to be put in the collection box, then all cards will be turned in at once. This will be done in a contact-free manner.
