I have attached the mew gray shirt with white LECOM logo in the additional attachments location We have designed a casual wear long sleeve T-shirt with the LECOM logo on the front pocket. We will be advertising on Facebook and by word of mouth. Once we know how many orders we have and the shipment comes in we will set up a time to distribute the shirts. We would like to use the cafeteria one day in the middle of March (TBD) and then personally set times to distribute them to whomever cannot make it to the cafeteria that day. We would like to order both a gray and black design, both of which I have attached. We plan to have all of the shirts distributed by the end of March.

These are used to mix nutritional supplements (such as protein) before and after working out to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle. We will be purchasing these from Discountmugs.com, a site we have used previously for a mug sale in years prior. The price per unit fluctuates based on the amount sold, between $7-$12. We intend to have a google doc that can be filled out by students and faculty for the purchase of these, the links to these posted in the class facebook groups. Cash or venmo will be accepted for payment with all profits being added to the radiology club fund.

Trautman-Buckley and Jaclyn Natalone Proposal: Health Disparities Diaper Drive for Mercy Center for Women Date: February 24-28 Location: LECOM Cafeteria The Mercy Center for Women is a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Mercy and is committed to enhancing the dignity of each person it serves, through the healing of body, mind and spirit. Mercy Center for Women provides safe and supportive transitional housing, education, case management and advocacy for homeless women with or without children. MCW relies on donations in order to help vulnerable women and children in the Erie community. These women may be homeless for a variety of reasons and the staff at MCW helps to facilitate access to healthcare and dental care as well as act a stepping stone to these women getting back to independent living. Currently, MCW is in desperate need of some supplies. They particularly need diapers sizes 3-5 and wipes. However, there are a plethora of items accepted at MCW. The goal of this charity event is to ask the LECOM community to come together to provide much need items to MCW. While the focus will be on diapers and wipes, MCW also needs blank planners to help the women manage their appointments. They also accept all canned food, including baby food, as well as toiletries and clothing. Every donation made will aid a woman to better take care of her child, stay safe from domestic violence, andstay inside, warm, and fed during the winter months and beyond. Collecting these items will help to promote the health and well-being of some of Erie’s most vulnerable. We will need permission for a box to be placed in the LECOM cafeteria, or another suggested space.

We have recently discovered that his mother, step-father and brother have al bene diagnosed and are being treated for various types of cancer. His family owns their own restaurant in Florida, and have been unable to work much (if at all). We wanted to put together a quick fundraiser of selling holiday cookies to give Tyler a little bit of extra money to bring him to his family for the holidays. We request to use a table in the cafeteria this week, Tuesday 12/17 - Friday 12/20 during the lunch hour to sell the cookies.
