We have been in contact with Lululemon and they are willing to give us a discount on a bulk order. We would like to sell 2 jackets/hoodies for both men and women in different colors. We would like to attach the LECOM logo listed below to the Lululemon items. Pricing for items will be the prices listed on the website of Lululemon. There will be zero markup for the LECOM students, staff and families. For women, we would sell a scuba in the colors of Dark Blue, Black and Grey as well as a Define NULU in the same colors. For men we would be selling Ease the Day Hoodie in the colors of Heathered clubhouse blue and black, Smooth spacer Class Fit Crew in Grey and Blue and Zeroed in Track Jacket in clubhouse blue and graphite grey. Pricing: Women- Scuba- $128 Define NULU- $128 Men- Ease the Day Hoodie - $148 Smooth Spacer- $128 Zeroed in track jacket - $138 There will be a google order form and it can be open to anyone that would like an apparel item. November 4, 2020 at 9:39 PMApprovedLip Sync Battle: Virtual EditionOncology Club11/04/202001/09/2021Lip Sync Battle: Virtual Edition is a fundraiser where teams of students and faculty from LECOM along with their family or roommates compete by submitting videos of themselves performing a lip sync. We will encourage social distancing, mask wearing, and only making the videos with people they are living with. We will compile the videos for people to watch online/remotely. Viewers will then donate money designated for certain performers, and each donation will count as a vote. The team with the largest total donation wins! All proceeds from donations will go to Children's Miracle Network at St. Vincent Hospital with Allegheny Health Network of Erie, PA. The window for viewing and donating will be from Jan 9 to 23, 2021.

Each pin will be sold for $3 and all proceeds will go to LECOM Allies.

The event would involve students writing and submitting cards/notes to be sent to Veterans on their own time. After completing their letters, students will drop off the cards in a collection box kept outside of the security office, similar to other donation drives. Collection will begin on October 31st and end on November 10th. Each card donation will count for 0.5 hours with a maximum of 3 hours (6 cards). Hours will count towards SSP and LECOM hours. The attendees of the event will be club members of the Erie LECOM SAOAO chapter. Members will have to RSVP prior to attendance. The location will be the same Millcreek Hospital education meeting room where the orthopedic residents hold their weekly education meetings (Room 202). The content of the lecture will be basic plating technique/considerations as well as application and purpose of Ex-Fix. The orthopedic club will supply food for attendees in the form of Panera sandwiches.

The design was created by one of our own members. All of the profits of the t-shirt sale will be donated to a local Erie non-profit organization, Voices for Independence. The purpose of Voices for Independence is to empower people with disabilities, improve the quality, independence, dignity, and control of their lives, as well as to promote a philosophy of independent living, including a philosophy of consumer control, peer support, self-help, self-determination, equal access, and individual and systems advocacy, as well as the integration and full inclusion of individuals with cross disabilities into the mainstream of American society.

This event will include painting nails, giving nail massages, and providing face masks to the residents. We will also provide spa water and snacks to the residents as part of the event. This is a great opportunity to interact with the residents and provide them with a fun and relaxing experience.

We will be playing bingo and spending time with the residents. Dr. Melodie will be attending the event with us. Students will help the staff bring the residents down to the common area for bingo, help them play, then help staff return them to their quarters after. The bingo supplies will be provided by the Senior Living Center activities director, and Dr. Melodie has offered to bring some prizes for the residents, such as puzzles, word search books, and coloring books. It will give students an opportunity to get involved with the community and enjoy an evening with the residents of the care center.

This will give students first hand experience with patient interactions while also giving them a chance to practice OMM under the supervision of LECOM Faculty. This clinic will adhere to applicable state, federal, and local regulations. More information is included in the attached document.
