	September 29, 2025 at 12:52 PM	Approved	Mock Anatomy Practical #3	ACOS-MSS	09/29/2025	10/10/2025	ACOS will be working alongside Dr. Kulesza in setting up the third and final mock practical, with both a written and oral component for all MS1s to help prepare for their exam. Dr. Kulesza will be present throughout the day and will help to set up. We are opening up assistance in preparation for the mock exam to SPM and MS2s so that students can gain volunteer hours for their time. I will work with the SGA webmaster to ensure volunteer hours are approved. The written component will take place in the Cadaver lab while the oral will be held in the study rooms. We will also be having a PBL mock practical at the same time happening in Case Room 117. The educational purpose of this event is to prepare MS1's for their anatomy practical. It will be performed exactly as the real practical to allow students to gauge their level of understanding of the material.

This virtual review will allow MMS students to focus their studies over the weekend for their tests on the following Mondays. These reviews will be virtual and held through either zoom or google meet. MMS students will be alerted through email (via the MMS Administrative Assistant) and their facebook group. This event will be completely virtual, and will follow all social distancing because of the virtual nature of the event, with no in-person assembly required.

Tables will be offered in multiple colors (black, blue, burgundy, pink, cream and lavender). We are in discussion will a manufacture for the possibility of a group discount. Ordering of the table will be down over google forms. SAAO hopes to have the opportunity to use the White Coat Ceremony to promote the sale by setting up a station where parents and their students can come by to see a table and see the benefit it could have to a young osteopathic student beginning their OPP training.

	October 24, 2024 at 8:52 AM	Approved	Military Medicine x Pediatrics Club Toys for Tots	LECOM Military Medicine Club	10/24/2024	11/25/2024	Military medicine and Pediatrics club is collaberating to collect toys to be then donated to Toys for Tots. Collections will be held in the North entrance lobby. Toys will be picked up regularly by club members and stored to then be donated. Students will be able to earn 1 hour volunteering per toy donated with a maximum of 2 hours earned. Donations and student names will be monitored via an online form.

We would like to collect orders in June, order the shirts in July, and distibute them in August. We would also like to request the Vora Lounge to distribute the shirts.
