The first topic is "an introduction to meditation". It will cover benefits of meditation, goals of meditation, and different basic breathing techniques. Each session will be 30mins-1hr. Students will sign up via a google sheets form as to limit the number of students in the yoga room. The max number of students is 20. In terms of COVID risk mediation, students will be asked to not attend if they have any of the following symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, headache, GI upset). Additionally, yoga mats will be adequately spaced out. The event will follow all wellness center protocol as instructed by Ms. Zemenak.
