On October 13th, Participants ruck, walk, or run a 10K with a bag filled with donations (canned food, clothes, coins etc). LECOM Military Medicine would like to collect supplies from the student body to carry and then donate on the day of the event, starting on Aug 30th. We would like the ability to set up a collection box to collect donations during Lunch and in the mornings in the LECOM Cafeteria. The collections will take place from August 30th to October 11th. Due to the size of the event, the press will be expected to be present, but we did not contact them ourselves. On the day of the event , members of LECOM's Military Medicine club will be wearing club shirts with the LECOM name on them as well as carrying the donated items to the final collection point.
