As soon as it's approved, we will give two weeks (August 31-Sept 14) for ordering where money will be paid cash or venmo to our treasurer and close the orders September 14. We will pass out sweatshirts to students in lunch periods as soon as they come in. We will hand out sweatshirts from room 112. All profits will go to Allies Club. Logo use was sent to Adam Ladaika on 3/31 and he approved. We previously did this sweatshirt design and sale in spring 2026. We will use a google form to track orders and record money.

We have been in contact with Lululemon and they are willing to give us a discount on a bulk order. We would like to sell 2 jackets/hoodies for both men and women in different colors. We would like to attach the LECOM logo listed below to the Lululemon items. Pricing for items will be the prices listed on the website of Lululemon. There will be zero markup for the LECOM students, staff and families. For women, we would sell a scuba in the colors of Dark Blue, Black and Grey as well as a Define NULU in the same colors. For men we would be selling Ease the Day Hoodie in the colors of Heathered clubhouse blue and black, Smooth spacer Class Fit Crew in Grey and Blue and Zeroed in Track Jacket in clubhouse blue and graphite grey. Images for these can be all found below. Pricing: Women- Scuba- $128 Define NULU- $128 Men- Ease the Day Hoodie - $148 Smooth Spacer- $128 Zeroed in track jacket - $138 There will be a google order form and it can be open to anyone that would like an apparel item. May 12, 2026 at 1:46 PMPending (5d, 18h) LECOM 5K Club Fair 2026LECOM Med Erie - SGA05/12/202608/08/2026The LECOM Medicine SGA in conjunction with the Pharmacy and Podiatric School SGA’s will host an involvement fair for incoming and current students. All active clubs in the College of Medicine are required to participate. Clubs will set up tables upstairs around the track, and tables will be set up in the gym area for students to meet mentors and eat. The purpose of this event is to provide incoming students an opportunity to explore the current club offerings on campus, socialize with each other, build connections, and meet their mentors aiming to provide them with support during their incoming year. The event will be held at the LECOM Wellness Center on August 9th at 9:45 am following the 5K run. Club have elected representatives to set up from 5-7 pm the night prior and club representatives at their respective tables to represent their clubs. Mentoring will occur in the gym, as well as the location for food consumption with covers on the floor. Connect and Crafts will be occurring outside consisting of networking and designing tote bags. Each event takes 45 minutes and will have a rotation between three student groups. Signs will be posted for students to observe the schedule. Students will be contacted via email a week prior to distribute their respective groups. Dr. Ferretti will graciously cover food and food services. No food or drinks are permitted on the second floor. Eating/drinking area is the gym. A total of 48 tables and 194 chairs will be requested for the event. The chairs will be ordered with Dr. Shabloski or Crazy Monkey if necessary and brought to the LEC. Per Lauren, the primary contact for the Wellness Center, the chairs and tables will be stored at the LEC until setup night. SGA will be providing supplies for the Connect & Crafts, as well as small items to incoming students at the SGA table. Cleanup will be done by the SGAs and club representatives from that day after the event concludes, which will include collecting the tables and chairs and screening and cleaning up any debris or food left on the accessible premises at the Wellness Center.
May 7, 2026 at 2:47 PMPending (10d, 17h) Stop the BleedEmergency Medicine05/07/202607/29/2026We would like to give our members the opportunity to participate in a STOP THE BLEED® training event. The purpose of the STOP THE BLEED® campaign is to make our nation more resilient by better preparing the public to save lives if people nearby are severely bleeding. This preparation is being done by raising awareness and teaching students three quick actions to control serious bleeding. This event will give our members the chance to interact with one another while being introduced to a valuable life-saving skill. The EM Club advisor, Dr. Risavi, will be giving this training to students. All equipment for the interactive activity will be provided by Dr. Risavi. An email with an Excel sign-up sheet will be sent to Emergency Medicine Club members, with a maximum of 25 students allowed to sign up. Students will adhere to all current regulations set by LECOM. Our club advisor, Dr. Risavi, has approved the event and will be in attendance. This event will be held on Wednesday, July 29th, in the OPP Lab from 6 pm to 8 pm.
