We will purchase 300 stickers for $70.00.

We will be donating to the United Way of Erie County Community Schools, who will then distribute the supplies to students in need within the schools of Erie county. Students could donate an item for 30 minutes of volunteer time, with a maximum of 2 hours worth of volunteer hours. Additionally, students could make cash donations of any amount, which would be collected by SAAO and used to purchase supplies, for a maximum of 30 minutes of volunteer time. SAAO will send out a spreadsheet where students can sign up to bring items, as well as a list with items requested by the United Way of Erie. We will have students drop off the supplies on the front tables as you enter the LECOM building in a bag with their name on it. SAAO would then collect these items at the end of each day, as well as purchase more with the money donated, then at the end of the week take the supplies to the donation center.

This fundraiser aims to raise money to reduce the out-of-pocket expense for students who want to attend Convocation next year (2024). A flyer will be sent out via email for students to show at Blaze Pizza for their purchase to be counted towards our fundraiser. COVID mitigation plan: We will follow the protocols set out by the school.

We plan to have the table present on August 5th during the student expo and offer free raffle ticket chances to new members during club/activity sign-up. We hope that the table will incentivize new students to sign up and join SAAO and come to our first open forum the following Tuesday night. We also plan to sell tickets to existing members of SAAO-Erie at various price options 1 ticket for $1.00, 3 tickets for $5.00, and an arm's length of tickets (12) for $10.00. Paper raffle tickets with printed numbers will be used and cash/check will be accepted with all transactions being logged via our treasurer in a Microsoft Excel sheet. The drawing will take place on August 15th.

It will be a great opportunity to introduce them to OMM and to foster collaboration when they become practicing professionals. We plan to give a brief introduction to OMM and then diagnose and treat them afterwards. All of this will be supervised by a faculty member from the OPP department. COVID mitigation plan: We will follow the protocols set out by the school. And there are hand sanitizers available for use throughout the OPP lab.

They will be sold school-wide for one dollar and are a convenient way for students to have the cranial portion of what we learn in OPP on hand. Dr. Cukierski will be reformatting the attached card to improve it, however it will have the same information. Once printed, the cards will be distributed to students during the lunch hour.

The clinic will be held in the OPP lab on Thursday April 4 from 5-7 PM. We are putting this on to expose the student body to various techniques related to osteopathic medicine that aren't included in our curriculum. We are limiting this event to SAAO members only, but will be promoting it in advance to hopefully gain more membership.

I use it, D.O. you?" on the back. The attached designs will be ordered, however the shirt colors will be light blue (for forum writers) and darker blue (for purchase). We will store the shirts and students can purchase them at any time during throughout the semester during forums or if they contact SAAO E-board. We will have our first clinic on 9/11, with each subsequent clinic being on the first Wednesday of every month. They will be from 5:30-7:30 PM in the at the Plaza 38 medical center. This will give students first hand experience with patient interactions while also giving them a chance to practice OMM under the supervision of LECOM Faculty. This clinic will adhere to applicable state, federal, and local regulations. More information is included in the attached document.
