The workshop will be in place to help the dancers learn anatomy important for learning flexibility and longevity in the sport. Stretching will include flexibility exercises that the dancers can do to warm up for practice, competition, or improve movement to reduce injuries or enhance abilities. Anatomy will be included in the event as well to provide a more detailed basis for as to why stretching is important for dance.
