Faduma Warsame is currently serves as a faith-specific chaplain for Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The event will be approximately 1 hour long. It will consist of introducing Chaplain Faduma, in addition to a presentation prepared by her and a Q&A at the end. The content covered will include an introduction to what chaplaincy is, what spiritual care is, and how a chaplain’s services can be utilize. This presentation is to expose students to resources different hospitals have to offer. This will allow us as future physicians to further understand our increasingly diverse patient population to provide a better and more wholistic healthcare experience.
