Holi, also known as the “Festival of colors” or “Festival of Love,” is a Hinduism tradition celebrated across every part of India. The festival is celebrated in March of every year that marks the end of winter and welcomes in the arrival of spring.
Holding this event for the student body of Asian Americans at LECOM would be a great way to honor and commemorate the tradition.The event will be available to students, staff, and faculty. We will take precaution and abide by LECOM’s COVID protocol by limiting the maximum capacity to 80 people. The event entails making colorful t-shirts in honor of Holi. Celebrating the tradition together will help spread diversity within LECOM’s community.
