The anatomy lab, a classroom, and the micro lab (or a case room) are the only facilities that will be needed to supply enough room for LDP, DSP, and PBL students interested in attending.

On October 13th, Participants ruck, walk, or run a 10K with a bag filled with donations (canned food, clothes, coins etc). LECOM Military Medicine would like to collect supplies from the student body to carry and then donate on the day of the event, starting on Aug 30th. We would like the ability to set up a collection box to collect donations during Lunch and in the mornings in the LECOM Cafeteria. The collections will take place from August 30th to October 11th. Due to the size of the event, the press will be expected to be present, but we did not contact them ourselves. On the day of the event , members of LECOM's Military Medicine club will be wearing club shirts with the LECOM name on them as well as carrying the donated items to the final collection point.

Dogs provided by Dr. Dunbar will be there as well to make the table more approachable. We also plan on asking these individuals about their experience with healthcare in order to improve ourselves as future physicians.
	May 14, 2019 at 3:26 PM	Approved	MS2/MS3/MS4 Informational Presque Isle BBQ	Class of 2022	05/14/2019	08/10/2019	The Class of 2022 would like to have a BBQ at Presque Isle for the new MS2s with MS3s and MS4s to better understand past experiences with specific rotation locations the first weekend back in the summer. Faculty will be invited, several MS3s will be invited, and some MS4s will be invited to simply discuss their experiences with the various rotations they had. It is expected that at least 100 MS2s will come and approximately 20 students older will come to talk about experiences. The event is open to the entire class and the food will be sponsored by class funds. There will also be raffles for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease during the event.

These represent the systems that the MS1 students have completed or are currently learning. The event has already been approved for the family medicine club, but I also wanted to submit the form to document the collaboration.
