I think this would be amazing for the students to see their impact on the patients and where their donations are going. This event will take place in Case Room 117 or Overflow room (or any room with Zoom/screen access) on April 16th, the day and time we are putting together the Easter Baskets Zoom Event with a Grady's Decision board member while we are packing the baskets on April 16th in Case Room 117 or Overflow room (or any room with Zoom/screen access) Donations collected the week of April 7th - April 16th by security in the front lobby Event to build and put together the Easter baskets on April 16th - Case Room 117 or Overflow room (or any space with zoom/screen access)

Upon sending their money, students will receive a virtual ticket they will have to show as they enter campus in their PJs. We are hoping to collect funds in order to give back to our LECOM community.

June 27, 2022 at 11:23 AMRejectedWelcome Back Series: Wednesday Night Super Smash Bro's Tournament!Class of 202506/27/202208/03/2022This event is more ambitious than the rest, yet offers a great meet & greet for students that are not as interested in sports. We polled students on what sort of events they would enjoy, and this was high on the list. We would provide TVs and Nintendo Switch consoles for students to hang out, play some games, and have some pizza. LECOM would provide the space for the event and pizza. I would need some further guidance on viable locations for the event, but even the cafeteria would be a functional location if there are no other suitable options. Overall budget would be $100 for pizza and water. Everything else is provided by students.
June 27, 2022 at 10:54 AMRejectedWelcome Back Series: Monday Kickball!Class of 202506/27/202208/01/2022As a part of our Welcome Back Series: Kickball at the LECOM softball field. We want to provide events for MS1s to interact with MS2s and create helpful relationships with their peers. I will ask around for people who have bases/kickballs to borrow for the event. Otherwise, the cost of the event will be under $80. 2x kickball ~$20/ea = $40 Bases ~$15 Water for students = $20 Thank you, and please let me know if you have further questions about the event series.
