This virtual review will allow MMS students to focus their studies over the weekend for their tests on the following Mondays. These reviews will be virtual and held through either zoom or google meet. MMS students will be alerted through email (via the MMS Administrative Assistant) and their facebook group. This event will be completely virtual, and will follow all social distancing because of the virtual nature of the event, with no in-person assembly required.

Suture kits will be provided by EM club for the event. A sign up sheet will be provided and the event will be capped at 50 people in order to adhere to social distancing and COVID regulations. This event will be held at Kearsarge Fire Hall on November 8th from 6-8PM. Dr. Risavi will be leading the suture clinic.

We want to provide events for MS1s to interact with MS2s and create helpful relationships with their peers. Moving to Erie and starting at a new school can be difficult, and I want to help ease that transition with some fun, optional events to attend. We will be hosting it at the LECOM softball field. I will ask around for people who have bases/kickballs to borrow for the event. Otherwise, the cost of the event will be under $80. 2x kickball ~$20/ea = $40 Bases ~$15 Water for students = $20 Thank you, and please let me know if you have further questions about the event series.

If there are any left, we would like to sell the doughnuts and cider again on Thursday morning 11/8 from 7am to 8:15am.

We will sell a doughnut and cup of cider for $5.00 for both, or $2.50 for either alone.

We are offering free tickets to the entire class, limiting ticket availability to 100 in efforts to control attendance. We would purchase as a group to keep everything seated together. Dr. Kulesza is going to chaperone the event for us. We think this would be a wonderful opportunity for the class to spend some quality time together and be a nice event to start our last semester.

This event is open to all students and faculty and provides an excellent opportunity for cultural exchange, community building, and promoting inclusivity at LECOM. Foods will be labeled with ingredients to accommodate anyone with allergies or other diet restrictions. During May is a time to study for boards and finals and it can be very stressful. This brings an opportunity for students to purchase and try a variety of Asian snacks, either for themselves or friends, and to destress for a bit. It can be tough to find Asian treats around Erie, so APAMSA would like to bring them right to campus. It would provide a great opportunity for students to unwind, explore new flavors, or reminisce. Students will be able to choose from a wide array of Asian snacks which includes Matcha KitKats, Banana Milk, HICHEW, and much more! All the money raised will go towards supporting the club to fund future events. Students will be able to pick and choose what they want and the quantity they would like in a google form which will be sent out to LECOM students upon event approval. The preorder will end at 11:59PM on Wednesday, May 1st. Snacks will be available for pickup from 12PM - 12:45 PM on Thursday, May 9th in the LECOM cafeteria. These are the snacks that students will be able to purchase: Banana Milk Kit Kat Matcha Strawberry Milk Tea HICHEW Pocky: Kopiko Candy Hello Panda Maxim Instant Coffee LECOM does not need to provide anything, APAMSA will be responsible for any clean up after the event.
